My Favorite Things ~ Week #14

Holy crap on a cracker we are on week 14 episode 26 of My Favorite Things. Can y'all believe it? Whew it's been a journey and a fun one at that. Well this week kicks off the 4th of July for all my fellow American friends so for those of you celebrating 2 things! Have fun while being safe and

Alright so moving right along to:
Big Fish Games: Have you guys heard of this site? I was a member for a long time I mean a SUPER LONG TIME... I have a bunch of credits I have to use up or lose by 7/9 so I am testing out a bunch of their games trying to use them before the sale (credits aren't good on the sale which is why I haven't used them) basically you paid $ 6.99  a month and got a credit good for a game or you could be like me and store them up. Well now I've canceled my membership and well have to use them or lose them. It was a great buy and I've found some fund time sucking games such as:
Jo's Dream Organic Coffee or Jessica's Cupcake Cafe, or Farm to Fork, Burger Bustle: Elle's Organics, Alice's Tea Cup Madness, Plants vs Zombies, and Sky High Farm. All of which are super fun but I have like 6 more credits I have to use soon. So I'm in this made dash of a buy now or forever hold my peace mold. Problem I don't want to regret buying so I am playing the games first (you can play for 60 minutes free before purchasing) which is great but man what a decision and time such I face. UGH so I said all that to ask do you play any games on there and if so which ones would you suggest I purchase to help weed down the field? I like the time management games so any suggestions on those would be great! Please and thank you!

Moving on...

PERSONAL/PROJECTS
Scrap-booking
Do you love it?
Hate it?
Leave it or take it?
Have you found a cheap way of doing it?
I personally could take it but I love me the paper that goes with it so when I pass by the scrap booking paper I have to pick it up especially at Wally World which is not a normal place I visit (I swear it's the devil) but I can't help but wanna go and get some of the paper when I am there I just love the paper. Is that weird? If you answer yes I don't wanna know. Long answer short do you know of a site or cheaper way to help with this weird paper fetish I have developed and if so please do share with me what it is below I would appreciate it.

Also what do you do with scrap booking that 's not scrap booking. I don't wanna scrapbook but I love me some of the papers? Can I do a smashbook with it or an art book without it being a scrapbook? Can I make it a journal? Ideas people who are more creative than I. I need them and you internet foes have them so send them my way

TV SHOWS
So I'm back to watching only a few shows again and less movies but with a 3 day holiday I am hoping to change that. Ma and I are heading to the movie theater this weekend to either see Jurassic World or Mad Max (betting people and smart people should put money on the dinos but eh who knows what kind of mood the mother will be in on Saturday)

Any who I have currently been watching

Crossing Lines which is Criminal Minds in Europe basically with Donald Sutherland so YEAH me we are only on Season 1 still and I have to say it is still very interesting although we have already called the oh oh he's totally going to hook up with her character LOL so we are happy with that. Needless to say I might slightly be in love with the German guy which is weird for me since I can't pronounce his real life name which is sad cause hint hint I picked him as my favorite actor for the week (you will get to hear me butcher that later YEAH YOU) Otherwise they are interesting oh and they totally had a hunger games episode last time which I was like sneaky sneaky Donald sneaky sneaky

Also still watching

Pretty Little Liars and the Summer of A which I am starting to remember why I hate this show. Just when I thought it was getting interesting they have a crappy episode where I'm like really, really that's where you want us to think we are going with this who is Charles bull hockey crap story line (was trying to keep it clean for the young ones) but come on...

You are trying too to to to hard to make this to to to complicated and it's not okay K.I.S.S is what they taught me in math and by damn it PLL follow the rules and just freaking Keep It Simple Stupid by god stop with all this crap UGH I will not ruin it for those not caught up but this is some bull hockey you (nostril flare insert right there for those who can't see me) this is just wrong

MUSIC
So it's summer and a 3 day holiday so I wanted some easy squeezey lemon pie music to dance to and listen to whilst getting my groove on in my kiddy pool with the puppy in my backyard (especially after talking about the PLL fiasco I just talked about) also don't judge on the kiddy pool the puppy needs love to. So I picked 2 summer songs that are blowing up the charts right now and my Ipod and ones I can't help but dance to every time they come on so sit back and enjoy or better yet get up and dance either way here you go...

Can't Feel My Face by The Weekend

So there are my 2 songs for the weekend enjoy!

Books well a good book for this weekend for me would be
Title: The Hunger Games
Author: Suzanne Collins
Release: 2008

Summary
Winning will make you famous.
Losing means certain death.

The nation of Panem, formed from a post-apocalyptic North America, is a country that consists of a wealthy Capitol region surrounded by 12 poorer districts. Early in its history, a rebellion led by a 13th district against the Capitol resulted in its destruction and the creation of an annual televised event known as the Hunger Games. In punishment, and as a reminder of the power and grace of the Capitol, each district must yield one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 through a lottery system to participate in the games. The 'tributes' are chosen during the annual Reaping and are forced to fight to the death, leaving only one survivor to claim victory.

When 16-year-old Katniss's young sister, Prim, is selected as District 12's female representative, Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and her male counterpart Peeta, are pitted against bigger, stronger representatives, some of whom have trained for this their whole lives. , she sees it as a death sentence. But Katniss has been close to death before. For her, survival is second nature.

Thoughts
Very good book I absolutely enjoyed it 100%. Hated the movie loved the book go figure. I have to say that I loved both the second movie and book so there's something to think about. Anyway great book I love the way Katniss is in this book how she is set up how she thinks and how the world is described. This is something you can't do in a movie. We get her thoughts in this book and her actions in the movie make more sense once you've read the book. More of the background is given and I have to say you fall for the character who is hard to love in this book. She is a child forced to do something no child should ever have to do and she volunteers to do it to save the one person she loves more than anyone and I for that she is the bravest person. She is a complex, mysterious, dangerous, and brave girl wrapped up in an anger filled 15 year old who has accepted her fate. I love this book and what it is and what it stands for. READ IT and if you don't like it drop off the face of the planet and don't tell me about it cause you are dead to me. Also
that you don't get it

ACTOR
Alright time to do the butchering of the name as promised I picked the actor TOM WLASCHIHA (damn evening typing that was hard) from Crossing Lines and Game of Thrones, Rush, Enemy at the Gate dang home boys been in everything German apparently or anything with an accent.
