But Namjoon’s kneeling in front of him, hands gripping Jungkook’s thighs as he tries to squirm between them to edge closer to him. He’s blushing and nervous; Jungkook can feel his hands shake where they’re planted on his thighs, can see the tiny tremors in his shoulders, hears how shaky his breathing is. “Love at first sight. Hidden worth. I think of you,” Namjoon mumbles, “right? I looked it up online and in a book, but it was a really weird book—”

Jungkook covers one of Namjoon’s hands with his own, winds his other around his neck, and yanks him in to press their lips together.

(Or: in which Jungkook develops a crush on the tattoo artist who just moved next door after he comes in to buy flowers.)

My Thoughts: Wow this one was a super sweet one shot and I was so upset when I was interrupted in reading it. I had to split it into 2 days due to the sheer length but my goodness I was so happy to have stumbled across this fic. It was sweet and even though there was a mis-communication my goodness it doesn’t matter because I am whole heartily in love with the way they worked it out and handled it. The fic goes through the whole relationship from beginning to a HEA and I was on board with the whole thing. I really enjoy Namjoon and Jungkook together and I wish I could find more soft stories like this. It was a sweet build up to a great relationship.
