NYCC 2019

So 2019 was my first year to be able to attend NYCC and boy what a trip. I have been to many cons but NYCC takes it to a whole new level. Needless to say after that trip I was broke for a hot minute. I bought lots of art, ate (while in NY) and then discovered that NYCC also has books

I know I know I was very late to the game and even worse is how does one get all the books one wants and fly home with just a carry on? Needless to say I managed and I got a few books I am super stoked to read and god willing will get me out of my reading slump.

This is the book that triggered by OMG they have books here moment?!?!
Title: Fool
Author: Christopher Moore

Because I got Fool I was able to get a free copy of Good Omens which shut up I was stoked about because I was in the middle of watching the show (I have since finished) and really wanted to read the book to compare the two.

The next books were and are new to me but the author was there and I am a sucker for author autographs. So I picked up the first 2 in this series. And while I am super excited to read them they are a time commitment for sure

So anyway that was my haul plus all the goodies that come with a haul like this. Pins (for backpacks) cloth bags and bookmarks etc. It was something I was so excited about and next time I plan to shop better and see who will be there.
